7.Aadhaar Consent: I hereby voluntarily consent to provide my Aadhaar details for the purpose of Aadhaar Offline KYC as per the regulations of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). I understand that my Aadhaar details will be used solely for identity verification purposes and will not be stored or shared with any unauthorized entities. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions associated with this process.

8.Consent for Communication: By registering, members consent to receive SMS, calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from JanataMatrimony regarding matches and service updates.

9.International Transfers: Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may be different from those in your country. We will take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the use of standard contractual clauses approved by relevant regulatory authorities.

10.User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for providing accurate, truthful information and must not misuse, share, or infringe upon other users’ data. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of services.

11.Declaration: Please note that the JanataMatrimony App and Website are dedicated exclusively to matrimonial purposes and are not intended for dating. Users are strictly prohibited from posting any obscene material. Any inappropriate content posted on the platform may result in the permanent deletion of the associated profile.
